But who has better record than Randy in UFC? I remeber Fedor answered that: "Lesnar is not the best fighter in UFC, he is good fighter, but he is just one of the many good fighters." He means that Lesnar can be beaten by everyone on his level for example Mir, Couture, Cro Cop, Nogueira and so on. Fedor knows what he talks, because he studies opponents.

Regardless of record, randy isn't a top fighter anymore, he got dominated by nog and had trouble with vera who is mid level at best. If you think randy is one of the best in the ufc at the current moment, I can't help you with that. You apparently rank skill on what fedor says that what you see.
I think he just uses a translator because questions from the media are often very rambling and would be hard to understand for a non native english speak.
