BTW, I spoke with Tweedy briefly at Austin City Limits festival in August 2003 and when I asked the question about Jesus Etc. 9-11, he wouldn't answer. Probably a coincidence he is all too used to and wishes hadn't been the case.

I was there. I remember thinking, "Dude, this guy with a broken leg is a trooper!" That Tweedy acknowledged him was magic. It totally drew the few hundred people around the fence that had been there for over an hour waiting for this set together. Best moment of this not so peaceful Bonnaroo.Thanks, aggressive Tool fans ,for messing it up.

the rolling stones played a surprise gig at the el macambo in toronto, years ago. the club holds about 300 people. apparently, however, 3000 people from my city were there. congrats to all of you on crutches. wilco is awesome, btw.
