@Tyronethepro Appreciate your comments and thought you might be able to help me. Would the two round wholes at the end of the Kydex sheath support a para cord to wear as a neck knife? I was interested in this knife to be worn while I go on some hikes through the hills. It seems to be light enough and yet has a fairly long blade by comparison to another neck knife I own. Thanks for your comments.
@btsseeker Those holes would indeed accommodate paracord, but as it is 9 1/4 inches in overall length, it would quickly get very annoying as a neck knife - it is simply too long, in my opinion at least
Oh one more thing: The knife says 2010 on the blade because that is the CRKT MODEL NUMBER. Not the year. Get a clue dude! You're just talking out your ass in this video.
I have two problems with this review. First you said, "It is a Bob Kasper & Pat Crawford design. To me that doesn't mean too much." Ok, so then why are you doing a knife review? That's pretty disrespectful to Mr. Kasper & Mr. Crawford. You should try to do a little homework before posting a review. Second, you said, "Normally when you hear about stainless steel... it doesn't always seem that sharp." I'm sorry but this makes you sound incredibly ignorant. Stainless steel isn't sharp??? What?
Your lack of product knowledge is truly appalling....stick to reviewing non-technical things (like Chia Pets) until you figure out how to do a proper presentation.
@twowaterdogs Your derogatory opinion is irrelevant, until you learn to include constructive criticism. Shame on you for being a pathetic excuse for a youtube commenter. So youre a pathetic excuse for a pathetic excuse for a human being. Immediately remove yourself from the gene pool, for the betterment of humankind. Thank you for your cooperation.
Notice how my derogatory opinion had constructive criticism.
A: Those are great designers.
B: The Sheath is made of Kydex. not " A plastic prolly carbon something fancy."
C: Nylon sucks as sheath material.
D: as ComandnConquerFreak said, It is for a chest rig.
E: The "In between the handle" bit is the "Tang"
F: The blade isn't a "Tang" blade, it is a "Wharncliffe" style blade.
G: The bottom groove is a "Choil" the top ones are "Jimping"
Mr. Casper passed in 2006 I do believe, Pat & Wes Crawford still make blades. This is a Self Defense oriented blade.
