You mean where he says 'The King'? I think It's from the first cutscene from the Wand Of Gamelon CDi game where link says "That old Ganon's no match for The King." If you mean where he says 'You can't have enough rubees', I don't know how i made him say 'Can't' but it doesn't make sense anyway - he should say'don't' instead. Sorry for the long answer :)
