@ultras1uk Call it what you like, but no no Dawson, no Gallacher, ....I could go on. The music changed at the same time, so for me, the Poets no longer existed. As I said, only the name continued. Just listen to how the music shifted. The Poets really had gone in all but name.
Not the Poets I remember! George Gallacher's voice was one of the most distinctive things about the original Poets - he was a terrific singer.

Sorry people. The Poets had broken up before this. Not one original here, and not a patch on 1965 line-up.
