Before I have been filled with the Holy Ghost, I was not a pleasant person to be around. I used to be resentful and bitter, and then I just fell in love with Him at church camp 2007. Received the Holy Ghost for the first time in 2007 and I finally shifted from "being involved" to "being committed" in 2008 and was baptized in Jesus' name (Acts 2:38) on August 10, 2008. 1 year of being saved and I'm so on fire for Him! I'm so thankful for his grace that changed my heart and made me a new person!

@ApostoliholicAlex i know what you mean, the same thing happened to me. i was set free and delivered of many strongholds. it would be nice if every believer would receive the gift of the Holy Spirit/Ghost. it sure makes it easier to resist temptations to do wrong, because i have His strength and i'm not on my own.

as a word of encouragement to all, sin doesn't keep u from God, Jesus(Yeshua) took care of that, the pride of not admitting you need to be forgiven, and not receiving grace from God thru Jesus(Yeshua). everyone sins(does wrong things), and if you refuse the payment for sin the if you live by the law you will be judged by the law...

Sin does keep you from God it's like cusing in front of your mom she stays away so she doesn't end up hitting you to you it's no big deal. Because sin dies around him God keeps you away (too close you will die). God judges everyone the same the sinners and the saints, thats why so many religous people get so upset when some one they consider a sinner has a specail place in the eyes of God. (just so you know we all have specail places, just everyone has a different spot)

I think it´s crazy. That God is without in the hard times also. God is with us even when the devil and hell are trying to steal our lives.

And God heals us and uses the hard times to see others that are going trough hard times.

That´s grace to live totally for Jesus no matter the cost.

Life isen´t easy. Faith comes with experience, to feel God and to get to know him.

And it´s hard to believe in something that you need to search with your whole heart, because if don´t search with your entire heart. You will never find God.

Faith is not about people, not what they think about God, who they think he is. It´s about knowing him,.
