thightend up ur diaphram or check for any leaks in the intake manifold ., or behind the intake manifold there should be a flat screw thighted or loosen it up
Your idle air control is stuck or when you painted all that red you took off the intake gaskets and now you have an air leak in the intake manifold. Best way to troubleshoot this is propane torch unlite around the intake tell the idle stablizes or else clean your your idle air control to be sure its working.

clean or replace idle control valve. that should fix your problem.

could be your ECT giving a low tempurature reading making your idle like that.
