@fuzzmaayn29 dude do you have little snitsch? Im on a mac i had the same problem i identifyd the problem with voiceover on mac the little snitch dident let me i just uninstalled little snitsch and then it worked.

Ps make sure you upgrade to 1.7

That is not going to work. That is a private Ip address. It is a default address your router gives you, its private, not public. So nobody outside of your network can come in.
