Nice bro, when you make that eee sound with your voice, try to take a deeper breath down from your stomach and open up the throat more so it doesn't have that shreiky eeeee sound and more of a eeeyyuh kinda sound. What helps is when you sing leave, pronounce it leavuh, keep that throat more open, deeper low breath and it'll be fresh like double mint gum!

If you sing a long note, at the end of that note your voice wavers - hence vibrato. Yes it can be controlled, when used at the end of every sentence you sing it becomes habit rather than controlled.
