How do they glue the fuses? You know, in that industrial scale they probably don't use hot glue heheh!
My father-in-low worked in a fireworks factory for a log time, a long time ago, but he doens't remeber what glue was used to paste shells. Do you know what?
I learned a lot with him, and if you wat to know something, I can ask him, or tell you by my self about what I learned.
They are most likely using kraft paper that has been coated with a paste. I would assume wheat paste. However, tests have shown that gummed paper tape can give better results that wheat pasted kraft paper, so they may use something different now. But they use long pieces so they paste rip past rip paste rip etc and it goes faster
Man if i had that much of Blackpowder....I would give a crap of buildin shells!... i would take a very big Pipe (kinda 35m large) and fill it up with the blackpowder and make a nozzle a the end ! ignite... = 25% a perfect working Rocket 50% an Huge explosion 25% it jst lifts up a few meters and than KABEEEEAM! You know what i am sayin?
some Japanese are the world best on makin' the fireworks... I'm glad to see this video. but this guys ain't the best there are. ...i'll say this is one of the many in very very country side of Japan.lol
@jeffb8074 ya no kidding... if we didnt have people making fireworks this world just wouldnt be the same... cheers to all of the workers and hobiests that put a smile on everyones face
Hello!
I've some questions:

Look at the complete lack of giving a crap about placing the stars in the shell, hahahaha. Besides that, excellent.
