@ofthefog Haha. I ran into one called something like that too. :) It's not uncommon to find a legendary ape. Hope I don't run into an Albino ape legendary though. :)
Although, by this point, with several other videos beyond this already uploaded, I presume Plump II has died, the fact that he survived so well despite your attempts to kill him through Ruins exploration is commendable. Hurrah for Plump II, and a double hurrah for the insane power of Flaming Hands. Seriously, the first (and only time) I got the mutation through Unstable Genome, it completely changed the way I played.
@GrimithR I'm addicted to flaming hands as you'll see if you continue through the playlist. It is a problem that I will have to eventually overcome I fear.
Also I know this isn't the proper place but damn it I need more Shadowrun (hope camtasia cooperates)!
Plump, I don't actually think stairwells can be destroyed. Have you had it happened to you before? Becouse I was able to use space-time vortex and desintegration near the stairwell and nothing bad ever happend.
I noticed that you passed over some Knollworm skull's in your adventure, i feel compelled to tell you that besides giving 1 AV they also boost ego by +1.
I started playing this and I found wine. Any ideas on wat do? It seems to be worth a bit more than just water but I kinda want to see what would happen if I pour it on me when I'm on fire. I know that sounds stupid but oh well.
people have prolly told you this, but if you're flying you can't be hit by anything melee, and you can still use your ranged weapons/mutations. you should fly way, way more. I ground to level 16 without being hit more than three or four times with Fly.
I wouldn't recommend walking around the canyons, which I assume you are doing for exp. Mostly, you just encounter snapjaws, which give a measly 1 experience. Sure, there are lairs, but those are a bit... unlikely. I think.
@wolfyd33 I THINK that copper nuggets weight a pound a nugget, so it is better to have 10 nuggets instead of 300 drams, because the nuggets weigh less.
Great job so far Plump, your character is doing awesomely. He's insanely rich.
Also I just found out some valuable information: Hand-E-Nukes are NOT very handy in close-medium quarters, in case you ever find any on this play-through.
Water merchant is really great if you want to try everything... I may want to try a water merchant with high int. just to be a crafter and buy all datadisks I can find.
Also flaming hands... Man that is a beast, I've never thought it's that great.
@Deon023 The best thing about flaming hands is that you don't need any agility or over stats to use it. They hit everything in front of them automatically, meaning as long as you pump mutation points into it you can pretty much just use them with any mutant build.
Also the skill watervine merchants come with is great for buying things, especially with mutants who already have a high ego. I'd say if you have the patience and want to buy lots of data disks, it trumps tinker in a few ways.
Can you load multiple shells in your shotgun (but only loading one at a time)? The fact a pump shotgun only holds one shell doesn't make much sense, and it's been bothering me all through your videos.
@MasterPharaunMizzrym Yes but they'll also destroy treasure chests and the valuable loot inside. Acid grenades work just as well and I think there is an acid mutation you can take too.
i downloaded the game and ive survived for a total of 5 minsXD im gettin better tho, i fainally learned how to shoot.

@imchim i found like 10 things of wine and it was worth 100 drams so sell it
nowayout5221 10 months ago
@nowayout5221 I never got a chance to sell it. That character got instagibbed in typical roguelike fashion.

Is that recycling suit as disgusting as it sounds with recycling water...bear grills eat your heart out.
Mahnsikir 11 months ago
so, why are you saving all of those copper nuggets? is it because its lighter than the water?
wolfyd33 11 months ago
@wolfyd33 I think they're heavier than water but I like them because I don't have to worry about drinking them.
PlumpHelmetPunk 11 months ago
@PlumpHelmetPunk
the copper nuggets are actually much lighter than their value in water. copper nuggets weight 1, water weights 0.25 + the waterskin.
btw, did you notice that you will have a never ending supply of drams once you get tinkering? you can buy the scraps for less than the grenades cost.

Plump is my hero! Keep up what you're doing, I love watching your videos. You are able to play games I could probably never learn myself. *claps*

You need to buy more torches, you are running dangerously low and I'd hate to see that character die for lack of light!

Loving these videos plump! I am doing great with a tinkerer. I have autoheal injector recipe, and a 1d10+2 laser pistol!
