With a chipped xbox you can make a ini file or you can mod the unofficial bios. it's a simply operation. i have totally removed the startup scene and my Xbox (supermodded with XBMC) starts in 3 seconds...

OK, this is a blooper on the Xbox. The original is green screen and then it will make a green glob in a lab and then it zooms outside with the logo saying the letter "X" and it says Xbox at the bottom. And then at the bottom of Xbox, it says Microsoft. It's a blooper because it made fewer mistakes, The screen is in purple mode and instead of Microsoft, they would say "Fuck Microsoft. I call this a blooper because the couple mistakes, Thank you very much!
