What I love most about playing in a band is playing with people you know and trying to get better, not exactly caring if you did the song perfectly or not. Imperfections are what make garage songs fun, and what makes them more fun is throwing your own improvisational twist on some parts to experiment. I'd say you guys really captured the spirit of garage playing. Very well done!

use a grunge petal with regular amp distortion and bass all the way up it sounds way better

@guitarmanjt no no no. its sounded fine. he basically had the same sound as jack. a grunge pedal would make the song sound like crap. grunge isnt for garage rock. grunge pedals have an 80s metal distortion sound but not as distorted if that makes any sense. jacks got that 60s fuzzy sound. that pedal was pretty close.

not only is it fast but the tempo changes very sporadically all through the song. not that bad i liked the cool slide fills on the guitar. but yeah it's always difficult to do a white stripes song well for many many reasons.
