This is the practice of kapalabhati, also known as "shining skull" (which is an ancient yogic exercise that is great for digestion and relaxation). It is not a 'breathairian breathing exercise'. It's obvious that you and every one else is aware that Ana Brett eats.

what is she doing ha ha she looks like my dog on a hot summer day panting ha ha ha. This is so funny and stupid!! Breatharians are the fakest people alive who want attention so they say they dont eat who cares that they dont eat!!! I love food and i still look better than the people that say they dont eat. Where did you get the info she is a fruitarian? Ana Brett is a yoga teacher. I have a few of her dvds.

Oh I know she is a yoga teacher and good one, too...she's quite famous.

I read it on th web, few years back, that Ana is a fruitarian. Maybe she's not now but I doubt she eats meat ;-)

Yeah, and that something would be the info for the video that I wrote, where it says that Anna is a fruitarian-she eats fresh fruit only...so yeah, she does not live just on air/prana. Although from my own experience I know that a lot of breatharians will say there are fruitarians or raw foodists or vegans just to not get attention on them, so who knows ;-) She could be a breatharian, why not? She does not look like someone who stuffs her face with cheesburgers and steaks, either, IMHO.
