I worked as a social worker(volunteer) in two first years of my studing ,mostly with kids with no parents,i met cases like this girl, my colleagues were very enthusiastic...i was just very depressed,didnt know what to do just came in and stare.we are all autistic,sometimes more sometime less...from different causes. right now i am very sad but i learn how to control that. ,programmed myself to feel nothing for a while then i start with pray and it works.
Fact is that any animal follows the leader, when you have no one to follow u are inside your own raw world. Its hard to tell whats artificial and whats natural when it comes about being human. We are conditioned to follow a pattern, but sometimes u do not fit that pattern. And other times ppl make u swallow some standards. political, religious, ethic, etc etc.... We are not that far compared to other animals.
Heartbreaking but truely inspirational. I'm studying this in college and my heart breaks for "genie". It's hard to believe that some people can be so cruel.....
