This is my new favourite song, I just heard it a couple of weeks ago when my guitar teacher gave me a ton of MP3 files.

This is from when Zakk first joined Ozzy, and IMO that doesnt help Ozzy's case of why he drop Zakk for lead guitar.

Ozzy said that his music was starting to sound like Black Label Society but from what I hear in this song is that Zakk has kept is own tone his whole career and if you want to get technical BLS sounds like Ozzy.... lol

This was actually 7 years after Zakk joined the band in 1988 for No Rest For The Wicked.

Regardless, your opinion is correct. Ozzy had no reason to drop him.

However, Zakk said that Ozzy just said, "Let me play with this new guy for a while." Zakk said nothing is permanent at all.
