we finally can see 16 bit robots in 8 bit sprites !! To combine old robot's abilities was a pretty interesing idea IMO

Yes, but don't know why this game is failing to success the predecessor or maybe probably, a lot of stage are already been through and done that before or isn't still not creative as well as the Wily Capsule is still the same.
