Especially in this time of budget cuts, school choice should include tuition tax credits to private and home school families before 60,000 students are forced back into public education - which is woefully unprepared to accept additional enrollees - much cheaper for SC to simply ease the burden a bit ($2,500 instead of $11,480!)
