  • People, if you want to lose weight use this tip:get your ass off the couch and off the computer, turn the TV off and EXERCISE. It really works! ..and if you plan on exercising for a week or a month only, don't even bother getting off the couch, turn the TV back on. Exercising has to be a part of your lifestyle. Quit eating processed shit and get yourself some real fruits and veggies, put down the soda, get a bottle of H2O and get movin', forget about fast food, remember to stop at the gym!

  • @huntergruntetr123 as long as you are healthy that is the main thing. If you really want to lose some etra weight then do more exercise and focus on healthy nutrition. Try to drink lots of water, 5 pints a day if you can. Try to eat 5 to 6 small healthy meals a day. This will maintain a balanced sugar level and help keep your metabolism working efficiantly. Do not skip meals especially breakfast. Stick to wholegrains when it comes to carbs like past and bread. good luck check ut my channnel

    I am 13,my main diet-plan was to eat NOTHING but 1 dinner a day,and in that dinner is always a bowl of rice and many veggies and each day i excercise alot by runing up the stairs and running but i only eat ONE small meal.I successfully followed this recommended plan for 1 week,and 2 days before i decided that i'm tired and so i took a break.Now please tell what will happen to me!And please tell if this works or what is gonna happen!!!!!!

  • @Asrvn147014x honey, you gotta eat more than that. you'll just exhaust yourself, and have no energy. you're body needs more food than that to function properly. basically... if you're hungry, eat!! just be wise about what you eat. fresh fruit and vegies are always good. as well wholegrains, and food that isnt extremely processed. lots and lots of water, too. if you treat you body well, by giving it the nutrients it needs, it will treat you well in return. so stay healthy, it's worth it.

  • @Asrvn147014x Dude - that wont work as your body will shut down into starvation mode and try to retain as much fat as possible. If your exercising move to 6 small meals per day - this keeps up your energy levels, insulin levels (no sugar crashes) and forces your body to burn fat. hope this helps..

  • If you want to know how to lose weight without dieting or any exercise - go borrow from your library or buy the book 'Odysi Zero | Lose Weight : Say No to Dieting and Exercise'. It's pretty cheap. It's sounds like a scam but it's the best weight loss method out there and there are no pills or hypnotherapy or herbs. It's not for people who are easily offended though.

  • this is great information, but I am not that strong willed when it comes to my weight loss. I love to eat, not out of stress it's just something about chewing. I've tried gum to help me out with this, but for some reason I chew my mouth more than the gum. So I have resorted to a diet pill, and I'm doing great with it. It is all natural, but I find that I'm wearing clothes I havent worn in years. It is helping me to retrain myself on how to eat, so hopefully I will get there. Thanks for vid.

  • @goofylvr80 I take an all natural diet pill called V3 Weight Management Complex and I love it. It's my crack. I just take one pill first thing in the morning and I've lost 33lbs since June 2011. I've gone from a size 24/26 to a size 18 by the end of July. I did not diet nor did I do much exercising other than light walking. You can find out more information on my channel.

  • you neglected two surefire tips to losing weight :

    1) getting an operation or two to remove fat rolls

    2) shoot crystal meth! and the interwebs has some great recipies for home cooking!

    and you'll find that these tips continue to work as you get older, so you can stay looking your best even into your middle ages. in fact, you get past a certain age, these are about that will work.

You don't have to go to the gym, but it's recommended, but you can walk/jog and or do aerobics. You will shed weight very fast, but you have to be determined, motivated, and prepared to go through hell soaked in sweat but its worth it 100%.

  • @kittencats97 Yes it's realistic. I Just started working out 45 mins a day [all 7 days a week] starting last Tuesday and lost 9lbs. It seems crazy that I lost that much weight in such little time, but I chopped my calories in half and now I eat small portions of breakfast, lunch and dinner with small snacks in between each meal to curb my hunger. Just eat right, exercise [take small steps], and stay positive. Make a weekly chart and write down the calories of everything that you eat. It helps.

Furthermore, the problem with setting such a low monthly goal is that you don't see the results in yourself and you become disillusioned. 5 pounds in a month is a goal for people that are just a little overweight, rather than a large portion of the US population is that is morbidly obese.

  • sometimes the people around you are uncomfortable with your separate path. you all of a sudden are not eating with them or drinking with them, etc. it's a bit threatening (they think u r deserting them on some level). people like it when things stay the same because then they don't have to take a look at what they are doing too. it's like if you are an alcoholic and you stop drinking. drinking buddies are left to look at themselves...

  • Great tips. I use Google documents to log everything I ate and what activity I did. Also do you think people focus on pounds lost too much? We women fluctuate so I don't weigh myself, but instead to periodic measurements. When you work out you lose inches! Very motivating! (ew I hate scales) lol

  • @jodieleahmorris By eating under what your body needs to function (1200 as a the minimum, more cals are needed for you thought since you exercise) you are ruining your metabolism. Our bodies are smart so they adapt to calorie restriction, so in effect it will start to slow the metabolism to absorb as many calories as it can.

  • I agree with you about keeping whatever you want to fit in, or the reason you're losing weight out where you can see it. I'm 17, and I'm super into anime (a Japanese cartoon) and cosplaying (dressing up as character) but I felt so self conscience in the outfit, I immediately started dieting. And I told myself I wouldn't wear it till I was a certain weight. Every time I look at my wig or outfit, I'm more determined! Great video. I agree totally.

  • After losing 73.8 lbs in 6.5 months, I've concluded that it's possible to get to any weight. It was just a matter of counting up the calories for me, taking walks, logging everything into my iphone 4.

  • what i did was bought a pair of pants that were four sizes smaller than what i was...my goal was to fit into them, so i worked out and every friday i tried them on to see how much i needed left..when you see that the pants almost fits perfect you get more motivated...hope these helps anyone

  • It is soooo true! When I was like "Oh.. i need to loose 130 pounds.." that ridiculous, no way i could loose that much! I mean, it's huuuge!

    But then i have a friend that is really helpful and good att coaching, and with the tips that she gave (small goals, water, lower strett etc), i've shed 80 of them. That's more than halfway :) Good youtube-vid!
