l remember learning this fold in food and prep and it was called BISHOP'S HAT!! Anyways, thank you so much for sharing with us. lt's so nice to see all these old farmiliar foldings of napkins, brings back memories when l used to be a chef. Thanks again for sharing!! God bless and have a good one!!
