Eat a piece bread for lunch. Drink 2 - 3 Litres of water a day. Eat a piece of bread before u go to bed. Eat one hot meal a day. But dont eat all, put one half of the meal away. Do 60 - 100 Push ups a day... okay youre a woman, go jogging for like an hour. I lost 15 kilos in 6 weeks, thats like 30 pound i guess. Not healthy at all, but very effective, believe me.
