Look at the comment I replied to the guy above. Virtually every HL mod can work on the non-Steam ("WON") Half-Life.

Although I personally recommend you use Steam at this point, there's no reason for you not to.

Why don't you register the CD key on Steam? Then voila, Steam Half-Life!

(Although if you don't want to go that route: Yes, they'll work. Just shove the mod folder into C:\SIERRA\Half-Life or wherever your HL directory is.)
