@charitha1981 lol the video is all in fun - and its all about a call that i made to sprint - simple - just an opinion! you will be ok. I just feel when i call customer service i want to be able to have easy communication thats all. My company is outsourced to Jaipur.. its not customer serviced based but we definately felt to go the over seas route for our company and it has been MOST cost effective so its definately no hard feelings - we communicate via skype
What is funny is if i get a rep from India, i start talking about the weather and what is going on there. I so love Indian ascent.. I know, strange, but true. Reminds me of my last girl friend.

I hear what your saying but then i think we as Americans forget that not all companies working in America are American own or built companies. I was very surprise of how many companies were started in other countries like Israel and India. Should i be surprise ,no but were in a globe market. this is what make America such a great Country.Don't get me wrong i so understand what u r saying. I just see it in a different light
