FOR ANOTHER RECORD, to prove himself that he is free from all the steroid accusations by the Mayweather, he move up to another level by settling this in court to make this all legal.

FOR THE RECORD, Pac had agreed to all the blood test required in this fight. He agreed thrice, on the promo tour in jan, 30 days before the fight and after the fight if necessary.
What is fishy is that Mayweather is still not satisfied with this but instead insist two days before the fight.
The issue here is not proving Pacquiao of steroids but rather having this bloodtest as a another leverage for Mayweather who has all the advantages in the first place whom they claimed to be.

He is the one who is abiding to the rules implemented by the NSAC. The authority licensed to conduct the test to every boxes to determine their cleanliness.
