The "follows" (women) are all wearing dresses. The "leads" (who would ideally be men) are all wearing pants, and swords, so they are more or less in costume.
The camera person needs to be flayed. Otherwise nice music. But they should be wearing garb to this. Makes it more real in a sense. But otherwise good work.
When I started this clip, my first thought was, "the recording of the pavana is absolutely superb". I don't actually know this piece but I guess it could be written by William brade who worked as a musician for the senate of Hamburg duing the first half of the 17th century. What's the name of the band which played that? Besides this: you are really a bunch of beautiful girls!
we had to do this one dance where you all stand in a circle and move left, right, warsh warsh clap clap spin! and the other on was you move left right, left right and then you all walk towards the middle and then turn and clap and walk back. wow i wrote a lot.

and third: name of dances mismatches wiht the dances wich you show...
