Perfect example of someone who knows what to play. The guitar can come from anywhere, but put it in the right hands, and it sings! I'm so tired of Gibson's BS. They're building them only for yuppy/corporate wanker wanna-bees, who should have taken up the accordian, as their mummies wanted, just pisses me (and their house-guests, who know their guitar shit), off!

@laaxe Sing!? He has all of the dials on that amp on 10, and so much gain that you could plug a fucking onion into that amp and you couldn't tell the difference between that and a vintage Les Paul...
@Jimmothy16 Which is the ultimate point. I've been playin' electrics (pretty fuckin' well) for about 43 years, and when I've heard storied about Clapton changing strings "only" when they break, and Mayall playing a Japanese Squire 'cause they're lighter. I laugh at you're asses. My point is that most Pauls R almost always used at those BS levels, and Page/Clapton/Aldrich (Aldrich, an old friend), could make a POS Chinese "ring!" Gibson's are for Mercedes owners, and not much more. It's "style!"
@laaxe I agree that a lot of Gibsons (though only the high-end limited run Customs) are purchased as investment by rich collectors. I also agree that a skilled player will bring the best out of an instrument (I believe that some of the tone comes from the finger). However, you won't convince me that a guitar built by a Chinese child-slave out of pallet wood sounds as good as a guitar built by a luthier out of quality materials, it contradicts everything I've seen (heard) in the past 15 years.
@Jimmothy16 Hmm, saying these Chinese fakes are "...built by a Chinese child-slave out of pallet wood..." is just false. There are tons of videos, blogs & pics that show that they are solid hardwoods & they're fairly well-made...and the ones I've seen in person were as well. And they come loaded with Epiphone parts & features. They're most likely coming out of the Epi factories after hours. China is the counterfeit capital of the world.
@Jimmothy16 My only intention was to show just the guitar for people who wants to have a gibson, but has no money to pay for an original who bought it was satisfied, I particularly did not like much, but I want to fuck all touch with what I have and do not care, can even be a piece of broom handle ...

A guitar is worth what I'm willing to pay for it, I have a good job and make a fair amount, so if I want to spend £3000 on a Strat because it's the best Strat I've played, then I will. If you can't, then don't hold that against other people. 3. The music I listen to and play (Blues) is about the LEAST fashionable I can think of. 4. Sprit?! WTF?! And 5. Judging from the aggression of your response, I'M not the one who's maturity needs calling into question.
Great guitar for the price. You can find them for about 360 dollars and it´s hardcase and shipping included. Epiphone can go to hell with their prices :-D
