I do not condone Sen Stevens recent actions that led to a conviction, however, I thank him for his years of service to the United States Senate, the people of the United States, and the citizens of Alaska. While it was probably time for him to retire anyway, it is a shame that so many years of service are now tarnished. Many blessings to Sen Stevens and his family, and good luck in future endeavors.
