We don't stop arguing to be honest. Thats all part of the fun though, and we dont get that pent up frustration and animosity that most bands get from not just being straight with each other.
None of the band know much about music theory. We're all self taught musicians therefore all of our riffs are written as expressions of our thoughts and feelings. Hope this helps.
I've been following you guys for a little while now. It all began with a boss phaser demonstration video. I really like your music, songs are solid, progressive in nature, dynamic and shifty. And seriously,... you should keep it instrumental. theres so much melody and harmony, vocals would only do it harm. No offense to your singer, who I wouldn't mind seeing/hearing live. looking forward to hearing the finished product never the less!
Thanks! Lots of kind words! Most of our older songs were written as instrumentals and we've been very careful about vocal placement within these songs. We had the same concerns as you, but hopefully when you hear the version of Airport Syndrome on our forthcoming EP you'll agree that it's a much improved all-round song with a beginning middle and end, rather than a continuous stream of guitars. Thanks Again, and keep in touch!
This is a very old video. The backline of the studio we rehearesed in has Marshall DFX100's. There's at least 1 Line 6 in the video next to the Marshall stack on the left. We used the Marshalls every now and again when we couldnt be bothered carrying the Line 6's to rehearsals. This is long before the days of Mesa Boogie! (Also, we probably wont haul our mesa gear to rehersals every week. Line 6 does a more than adequate job.)
do not get signed... keep working on an online fan base.. then sell tracks online, let ppl download the first half or first quarter of your album for free, then let them pay for the rest.. the record industry is not working anymore...

How do you guys create such melodic riffs!? Do you use a lot of music theory or do you make riffs using just emotion?
