I think the best way to do this is quite similar.. Simply hit the B&W adjustment then in the mask paint in the teeth then change opacity if needed and then do a levels adjustments to finish :) Great tutorial btw :)

Nice approach on this manner... I would usually create a mask on the teeth, and use color select to adjust.

@iPhoneKillerStyle If you become accepted as a YouTube partner, then you get revenue off the people who watch your videos (after you enable ads in them). We're not allowed to say how much money we earn off of our videos.
