@Cyrus150 These are "standard Japanese", which is quite different from spoken Japanese.....なにしてる is commonly used in Tokyo region, but other regions have their own dialects.
I think the third to last one (何ばしよと?) is the Hakata Dialect. I heard the accent in the anime Ghost Hound, and found it quite interesting. I think a few of them might be related to Hakata. The structure looks similar.
