@jopenny58 -- think of Mantras and Chants... the OM/AUM sound and other words that are spoken in Sanskrit. They create the vibrations that connect us more directly to Source, help us heal, and think & see more clearly. =)

To get a truth vibration that brings forth AHA moments or understanding by your true or Higher Self occurs by tapping into active silence. Hope that answers your question.
