Im no economic expert but I think I know what he's saying. One of the reasons Ron Paul says we haven't had capitalism since 1913 is because of the federal reserve system. See the "capitalist" class in this country go socialist/communist when there is economic downturn. In capitalism, when one fails, thats it, THEY FAIL! None of this bailout nonsense.
