  • I take 25,000 IU a day I have MS and Feel great!!! stops the fatigue, Brain fog, depression, pain, and boosts the immune system up by up to 5 times, yes it is a high Dose (I even get it on prescription so free in the UK for my MS) I'm trying to get everyone I know on it!

  • Can't we get Vitamin D from like fish liver oil or something like that?

  • Cholecalciferol does not seem natural. It would be like me taking testosterone, no? Why do people in the north need Vitamin D when evolution caused them to have light skin?

  • Suffered from depression (esp in the winter) for years. Nothing i tried really worked til i tried vitamine d! like a new life! What are u waiting for? Go get some!

  • I'm going to the vitamin shop right after this! I've been suffering from depression from September-March for the past few years (I'm only 19). I never knew about Vitamin D defficiency until today and living in the frozen sunlight starved city of Boston I think this might be a great help.

  • Eggs are a source as is grass fed dairy, so long as the dairy has not had the fat processed out of it.

    If fully vegetarian, then you may have a problem. Get plenty of sun over summer without burning and get a blood test before and at the end of winter to check vitamin D levels. Google "gary moller optimum vitamin d"

  • Thank you sooooo much i have been have extream difficulty during the winter. i.e. severe depression from late oct - march. its like clock work for the past 6 years. its affected my job, communication, and depression. I started taking this about a month ago and its amazing how much better i feel.
