This must be the third time I've come across your videos at the top of Google rankings completely by accident. @DeviousTelevision That is pretty cool. I have Google searched MaximumRD for results including video and yeah I am pretty happy with the results, some of my vids somehow even ended up on Asian video hosting sites lol. I certainly have no issue with people hosting or linking to any of my videos, it's kind of cool. I have seen a few of my works come up while searching certain classic gaming related terms and that makes me feel good.
The line on the shell was so you would see if the cart was properly inserted. After 30 years, though, the contacts on the cartridges oxidize and may need cleaning to work. That might explain why sometimes the cart needs to be pulled out a little. The fingers on the cart might be dirty in the normal position and cleaner when the cart is pulled out a little so they make better contact. ClassicClean is good but for really dirty carts you might have to sand the fingers a little.
I use to have the Intellivoice and all 4 cartridges for it. I let a friend borrow it one day and never got it back. I had moved on the computers by then though.
All my equiptment is NTSC. I cannot say why, it is just an observation I thought I should mention in case anyone was having a similar issue, it is a simple fix instead of tearing console and carts apart trying to find the answer LOL!

I apolagize for being so bad at the games but damn they were more complicated then I expected, I just don't understand them like I did when I was a kid LOL!
