If you stop it at 0:19 and 0:20 you can see electricity coming out of the vent on the house.

@rct126 That is no streamer. If you look close (pause at frame) you see that the 'streamer' looks exactly like a part of the lightning above.

That is just an artifact created by the camera... if you compare both lightnings, they are the same...
