To everyone asking what episode this is: it isn't in an episode. This is a Comedy Central Quickie that they used to air between 1997-1999. They were from various shows and this one was created by Trey and Matt for the Holiday Season in Season 2 (1998). It aired a few times and was aired heavily on Christmas Eve. Sadly, CC has ceased playing it around the Holidays. It is included on the Mr. Hankey Christmas DVD as an extra.

i was wrong. my bad. I swore this was in the first Mr Hankey episode, but after watching it again for the first time in years, i didn't see it. This clip was popular both on the internet and on tv back in 97. I could swer I remember seeing this on that episode with it happenng right before Cartman sang the "Kyle's Mom" song.
