  • Nice playing man. These guitars seem awesome.

  • Does it stay in tune? I'm thinkin bout gettin one

  • @tlg71996 yeah this one stays in tune well.

  • I find that this is a really versatile Strat. You can even play metal with it. It sounds totally wicked in that kind of setting, actually.

  • Would you advice this guitar to someone who likes blues and funk and is starting to play and jam in both styles??

[i'll have a marshall blues breaker too]

  • @ursinhooooo12 this is a great guitar for blues and funk!

  • My next squier

  • thats it baby !:)

  • brutal

  • Hey bro, i was just wondering if you have trouble with your tuners staying in tune? I have the same model and thats the only thing i have a problem with, so ill probably just switch them out. Btw nice playing, c ya God bless

  • @hydracostudio this one stays in tune pretty well.

  • does the strat stay in tune well?

  • @fenderlover94: yes, it does.

  • @fenderlover94 yup it does

  • is this guitar noisy?

  • a bit, just like any strat with single coils. but i don't mind the hum at all.

  • @glthebest not as noisy as texas specials. but i like noise/hum. i can't stand noiseless pups.

  • Tihs is on of those guitars that's fantastic get one now before its to late, there not in the 2010 line this year but you still can get them at musicians friend.

  • ya gotta believe me on this The 50s Classic vibe will also do the blues in spades! They are both smokin guitars!!

  • woooooow i want your tone lol, i might get the carvin sx300

  • this is my new dream amp

  • am i right in saying that the 60s is better for blues and the 50s is more of a rhythm instrument

  • i haven't played the 50's model yet but i'm pretty sure both can handle both tasks well. in the end, it all boils down to what works best for you. :-)

  • Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think they both use the same pickups. Same body wood, only difference is the fingerboard material and that doesn't make much diff other than feel imo.

  • @stuco The CV50 uses Alnico 3 pups the CV60 uses alnico 5 pups.

  • how much does this guitar weight?

  • sorry, no idea. i don't have access to the guitar now so i can't weigh it. :-(

  • i love this guitar. i just learned how to restring the vintage tuning pegs.

  • Sweet sound and playin man!

That strat really cleans up the sound via the

    volume knob.

  • amazing tone

what are your treb mid bass settings?

  • thanks. i don't remember the exact settings but i usually keep all 3 knobs at around 1 o'clock and 2 o'clock.

  • Holy crap - that is great tone from a solid state amp, nice playing too.

Mine comes in today. Now the GAS is even worse...

  • No effects pedals, right? Man you get a great tone out of that setup. Right now I'm playing crap, but I'm thinking of getting that guitar and a Crate V5 + a tube screamer.

  • I think i'm gonna buy that guitar man, its just pure love

  • i have this guitar, it's amazing

  • Thanks for posting this video man because i have the same amp and i just bought that guitar online just today! Your tone is great dude, as is your playing. Rock on.

  • thanks! yes, it is a solid state amp.

  • Awesome!! That Carvin is a solid state amp, right? Great tone!
