Most people didn't realize that ONJ spent a great deal of time on live variety shows during 60s and 70s (like Cliff Richard's show). That's why it should be no surprise that she still does plenty of live shows and she's in her 60s! (See the hot videos of ONJ and Barry Gibb at Sound Relief from 09. She is amazing!)

Fantastic video Amanda. See the guy singing at 1:00 is Ian Turpie, Olivia's first big love. After she returned from England she found Ian had married someone else, so back to England she went and never looked back. Geeez, imagine if she'd married "Turps" like she wanted too. The entire world would have missed out on her.

I think they're laughing because they are happy to see LIVVY in her old days. I've watched a lot of ONJ's interviews that she herself was laughing too when they played her old videos. So it's no big deal, i think.

this isnt a laugh track these clips were played on a tonight show with steve vizard show in 1990 Olivia was promoting warm and tender. these clips were played just before olivia was interviewed via link from sydney ,while those songs do survive in full the shows they came from dont as the time for terry clips were pulled from ends of tapes that were mostly wiped over ,the pat and olvia clip is at least one of 2 surviving from the tv special

Obviously this montage was put together years later, when Olivia was older and looked and sounded different. That's why there's laughter - an audience is supposedly viewing this and is amused at how old-fashioned it looks.

Fudgypaul - The other lady in this video is Pat Farrar (Olivia's longtime best friend) and is also the wife of one of Olivia's greatest producers - John Farrar. John Farrar and Amy Sky are the greatest producers any singer/musician would have the opportunity with which to work. I am so thankful that they both have teamed up with Olivia to give us so many masterpieces.
