Reaper is a Turbo Prop and Has a Vertical Stabilizer and sits approx. 6' off the ground to the wings... this is a Turbojet/Fan and has no vert also sits very low.

Xianglong Unmanned Reconnaissance Aerial Vehicle is useless because Unlike the Global Hawk, Xianglong does not possess global operation capability. The UAV is only intended to operate in Asia and Pacific region. US upgraded PAC-3 and MEADS in 2012 could knock out this Sino Globlahawk out of the sky.

Anyone who's actually worked on UAVs can tell you the airframe is only a minor part in hwhat makes it work, if not downright just an off the shelf RC plane, what makes an UAV is the electronics, software and communications systems, things you don't see from a video.

Obviously the shape was copied from the General Atomic UAV's. In a sense you really can't blame the chinese on why they copy so much. Back in the 1940's and 50's we (the USA) stole a lot of intellect and technology from Nazi scientists. Most high-value technology (Nuclear, stealth aircraft, computing, biochemicals, lasers, spacecraft) all are derived from German scientist. We hired all these individuals after the war to have a technological advantage. Don't believe me? Do the research yourself!

Russians are good, what they have lacked over the years is an incentive to perform because of the way they are compensated. Germans too, remember defected Germans helped us develop the big bomb. The United States benefited from a variety of people because they came here, were kept safe, and made rich to perform for us. Rate of losses? is that crashes or shoot downs? In any case, there are like 10 GH in the inventory in comparison to F16s which there are around 1300 in the ANG and Active Duty AF. Lose 1 GH that is 10% loss, in comparison to 130 F 16s. I also checked up the cost of a GH and it's 37 Mil for the A model and 55-81 Mil for the B model
