True, this is not traditional rotoscoping. It is a mod made for the game that creates rotoscope-like effects. I'm not sure the same effect can be created by changing the color settings within the game, but I'll give it a try.

Yeah, it's not the best, but for a free mod it creates an unusual effect that's worth trying out if you like the aesthetic. Thanks for you thoughts.

you can get a similar effect if you change the colour colour from 16/32 bits per pixel to something like 8 bpp.
kinda ugly, really.

This is not rotoscoping. You could have achieved the same effect by changing the color settings to 16, or even 8 bit.
