the reason why he got suspended twice for the same thing is because it was two separate infractions. the best way to show this is to use dates.

let say you have something bad in your profile.

on may 3rd someone reports you.

and then on may 5th someone reports you.

then lets say on may 6th ms bans you for a day for the may 3rd report.

then on may 7th you change your profile.

then on may 8th, ms bans you again for the may 5th report.

I called microsoft and asked them why that happens Microsoft told me that people cheat and when they do cheat the system detects dont ask me how and automattically gets banned from xbox live no suspended banned
