Example Interview Style with Shallow DOF Filmed on a Canon 7D and Bower 85mm 1.4

@markinmaine2 yes I do agree about the 35mm I have two already 1 fd mount at 1.4f and the other is a eos mount at 1.8f But to me theres something really sexy about a 85mm. The power of emotion comes from the close up and the 85mm being a single person lens its perfect for that mid-cu / cu emotion ...to me the 85mm at 1.4 or 1.8 is where thats at

@bodytemple If you like the 85 you will like the 35mm even more. Give you a much wider field of view of course while still allow a shallow dof to disconnect from the background. Depending on your frame of the 35mm you I have had to shoot wide open but no worries it is wicked sharp.

Nice lighting. Audio is bit hollow though. Guessing it's a shotgun on a boom just a little too far from her mouth.
