Gas guzzlers need to be eliminated, this is a phasing out process, I dont care if its a corvette, van, or truck, we need fuel efficient vehicles that wont kill the environment. We breathe the same oxygen as these polluters.

ur no better how do u think ur little prius is helping the environment? u do realize that it takes more pollution to make one of them then to make one American truck? exactly. and besides this whole program added more waste to the ground then anything what do u think happens to alot of motors when they blow? all the antifrezze and oil comes out of the cracked block. in all reality the onlu way to help the envorment is to kill the human race at this point. so i say drive ur big trucks

Just to get things straight, I do not drive a prius, and YES you are right, prius is a mess.. When it comes to killing the crap at the dealership, I am sure mechanics dont read the whole procedure when killing the engine, it is common sense, put a pan below the engine! Its time US car companies focus on fuel economy, and stop worrying about how many cup holders, or making suvs that will accommodate fat asses. Take a example from Europe, everyone wins!

Why not put a segment up on all the perfectly good autos that are being destroyed. I agree this was a clunker but look at the honda with 60k on it or the town and country with 58k on it. then look at the wrecks out there being driven?!
