I have a lot of respect 4 these guys, I saw a documentary showing the environment, poor facilites and training these guys have to make do with. Their attitude in training, and camaraderie was amazing. With the little they have they trained themselves to death..they had martial artists, academics, adventurers etc from the UK/USA train with these guys, and even they were shocked by these athletes fitness level and committment.

All you really need to become a good wrestler is a knowledgeable coach and, a partner to train with. This is how it's been done since man started to wrestle and, theses guys prove that the modern conveniences aren't really a necessity, although they do help.

it was called "LAST MAN STANDING" by the BBC..These athletes went to try out challenges in different parts of the world, from Mongolian wrestlers, to Thai kickboxers, to West African wrestlers etc. It was not only combat sports, some like in PNG was a non-stop 2 day canoe race up a crocodile invested river.There has been 3 series so far (2006, 2007, 2008)
