Aflac sucks.

Colonial Life is much better. Their commission is higher for agents. Their rates are lower for employees.

Do you want to run into Aflac agents all day or do you want to show businesses something better and replace them?

Colonial raises rates as people get older, Aflac Doesn't. Colonial's products raise in price frequently, Aflac has never increased the price in any of their products ever.

I just got back from an interview for a sales associate position with Aflac.  Should I accept this position. How long/difficult is the licensing process/test?

hey I am not sure where you are located but I just signed on with Aflac. The license class was a full 7 days and the test took me about 1 and a half hours. I did do the online classes and unless you are good at online schooling I recommend going to the in person classes.
