I loved the series, and felt really let down by the movie. I was hoping it would deal with the mythology of the series, like "Fight the Future" did, but the whole Monster of the Week sans Monster thing was irritating.

This version of the theme song is amazing. I don't remember hearing it in the movie too much, but someone used it in a fanvid, and I've been on the hunt for it. The original theme itself is ingenius, this just takes it to a new level.

The movie seemed more like a really long episode to me. I think it definitely could have been made to be better (needed way more monsters at least)!

But I love some of the music on it. This version of the theme is pretty sweet. X)

the movie was good, not as great as Fight the Future but since I am a avid TXF fan I enjoyed it nonetheless.

But of course without Mark Snow, the show and the movies would only be half as good.

Sounded amazing. I was reading on the backround of how snow composed this and it was a gigantic string orchestra with electronic synthesizers layered in. To me nothing sounds as amazing.
