one of my guitarists and my bassist were playing in a different room so we could get a feel for everything. The bass was recorded at that time while the guitar was actually recorded later.

thanks a ton. we actually started out instrumental only but decided there is no market for it anymore. sadly the band broke up around a year ago. give it some time, i will probably putting some solo stuff up, instrumentals only, i cant sing

so how much was it to record with him? what method did they use to record, like i thought drums were recorded first...?

i think it was 15 an hour to record with him, but the first 150 or so was taken care of by made in pain records. We did record the drums first with the bass at the same time. then the guitars went through. we finally got the vocals done recently but i was unable to get a copy.

I don't know what kind of mics they were, it was recorded in a studio of sorts, i just went with whatever the engineer set up on it. but it did come out really well.

i'm not sure what the second tom was, i only had one drum that was my own in the setup. it was recorded on a different island than what i live, makes it a bit difficult to move the whole thing.

the kit was actually a frankenstein type, i don't think any two drums were the same, and i couldn't tell you whats what, except the 8in is a pearl export, thats the only one thats mine. and thanks for the compliment.
