Easy. Just get the set of colors with red black and and white. Make the whole thing red. Now, put a black stripe where you think the waist should be. Finally, add white, fluffy looking stuff at the bottom. Kinda like ruffles. Ok, that was the suit, ( you can add a buckle if you want.) Now it's time to design the hat. P.S. This only works if you are a girl. Well, yeah. Anyway, make the whole thing red. Now put those ruffles at the bottom and top for the hat. Now you can be Mrs. S. Get white hair!

@InternetMasterMindX ok only guy hats have the horns and not girl hats. you can go try it if you want. also since in the gamecube version you cant change your hair style, for girls, the hair looks like horns and you cant change it. this is the DS version.
