As per nibiru, where does lead year come from? what effects earth that alters its yearly position enough to cause an extra day? It would be magnetics... Planets are huge magnets, a planet WAY far away will still have an effect on earth, as it moves or gets closer (IF its there) this effect would increase, hence the whole Axis shift, if it gets close enough earth would slow down or speed up depending, being far away has nothing to do with it byeond the effect would lessen with distance.
