One of the big problems I have with critics especially of Muslims and Jews is that they lump them altogether and fail to see that Muslims and Jews are both every diverse groups like Christians and atheists are all very diverse groups. One of the big problems I have with critics especially of Muslims and Jews is that they lump them altogether and fail to see that Muslims and Jews are both every diverse groups like Christians and atheists are all very diverse groups. People don't blame all of Christianity for the acts of a few Christians, but they do blame all Muslims or all Jews for the acts of a few Muslims/Jews. The thing about being called "anti-semitic" for criticism of Judaism or Israel is that, moral issues aside, its simply incorrect. The term Semite refers to an entire ethnic group that shares cultural and linguistic traits. It has NOTHING to do with government or religion.
Levantine Jewish culture is just a small part of the Semitic family. Its no different than being labeled "anti-indo european" because one criticized Hinduism or British foreign policy.
